In The Camera Eye

To Whom it may concern:

I took an oath to protect and defend the constitution of the US from all enemies both foreign and domestic, be advised, no one ever relieved me of that oath……..
There is an enormous amount of deception in the world today.  I stand for TRUTH. I believe that that We The People, if we stand United, can effect change.  I stand for FREEDOM.  Having the freedom to choose is the best way to learn from our mistakes and grow in understanding.
The direction I want to go in the future comes in three parts.  First, for purposes of organization, In The Camera Eye, is the over all blog.   In a “roll” format.  However, there   will be a sub-category, Area 52.  Now Area 52 blogs posts in the future will focus more on regional topics.   I would say mostly around the inter-mountain west.  You will note that right now I am working on the “Area 52 Project” which is in the West Desert near the Great Salt Lake salt flats in Utah.  This is the third area of focus.  I will work on a project, and it might well be an Area 52 project, but I will specify exactly what we will be looking into to avoid confusion.  National and worldwide issues and stories will be covered using the main blog page In The Camera Eye.  But remember, most all the stories will post on the main page blog roll.  And also look for the page:  In The Camera Eye ~ My Journey
Paradigm shift:
The term “paradigm shift” has found uses in other contexts, representing the notion of a major change in a certain thought-pattern—a radical change in personal beliefs, complex systems or organizations, replacing the former way of thinking or organizing with a radically different way of thinking…..
So many people seem to be seeking their purpose in life.  Purpose, By definition, implies intent.  When seeking your life’s purpose, you must ask yourself, “the intent of whom?” You cannot allow your life to be determined by some undefined entity and expect it to have meaning.
“Meaning for whom?” you may ask. To this I say, “to yourself, to your progeny, and if you so desire, to whichever deity to whom you subscribe.”
We do not find our purpose.   We make our purpose.  We do this by living our choices.
My choices are simple.  I work hard at what I do, but I do not live to work.  That is not my purpose.  I also do not live to sit around my home doing little or nothing that is of value to me.  That is also not my purpose.  I also do not live to surround myself with others who are Unworthy of my gifts… whose lives do not enhance mine as I hope to enhance theirs.
I choose to live for experience… to do many things so that I may know all that life is and can be.  I choose to live for knowledge so that I may understand life for its beauty and its complexity.  I choose to live to create.  I choose to live for Honor, aligning myself with what I believe to be good and right and Noble, so that I may respect myself and be confident that the person that I choose to be is a person of strong moral character and integrity, one whom I can face in the mirror and about whom I may say, “He is a good man.”
“This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.”  -Shakespeare

I based the title “I Can Hear The Sound”, off of a scene from The Matrix.   If you are familiar with the movie, it was a part where Neo has a major fight with Agent Smith.  Both of the protagonists were down on the subway rail tracks and Agent Smith gets Neo in an immobilizing choke hold and asks Neo; “you hear that sound Mr Anderson…?”  The sound he is referring to is an approaching subway train with it’s horn.  Then Agent Smith continues;“It’s the sound of inevitability..”.   And so it was how I perceived my situation.  A continuous and inevitable end to my journey… And now, once again, I’m facing great difficulty. I have had one heart surgery, and I have been informed that it is highly likely that I will need a second procedure.
